ZEON at Tire Technology Expo May 2022

From May 18-20, Zeon and ZS Elastomers were among almost 200 exhibitors participating at the Tire Technology Expo in Hanover, the world’s largest gathering for tire design, development and manufacturing experts. It was the first event after the coronavirus outbreak.

Despite of less visitors than in the previous years, Zeon and ZS Elastomers are pleased by the opportunity to meet and greet business partners in person again, conducting fruitful discussions and talk about new business opportunities. We focused ourselves on the topics of SSBR functionalization technology to enable tire manufacturer to find the solution of the ever-changing challenges and ever-stricter requirements in the development of eco tires: the optimization of fuel efficiency, grip, durability and compound processability. Sustainability aspect of our products was placed at the forefront too. Furthermore, our R&D team from Japan were joining an interesting schedule of lectures about experiences and innovations of the industry.
