To achieve the best product properties for their synthetic rubber, our customers need high-quality additives. Therefore, we supply a range of curatives, retarders, antidegradants, and adhesive promoters. Our products facilitate the compounding and processing of rubber materials and, even more, are perfectly and uniquely developed for efficient crosslinking, bonding, and aging prevention of HyTemp® ACM or Hydrin® ECO compound. And because we provide you with the additives in polymer-bound form, you can process and dose them very easily.

ACM Cure Agents | HyTemp®
ZEON's cure agents meet all the requirements demanded by the manufacturing process of synthetic rubber: As rubber-bound granules, they can be handled easily and without raising dust. In combination with our high-performance specialty rubber, our cure agents enable you to produce best-in-class products like sealings, gaskets, hoses or elastomer sheets. ACM Antioxidant | HyTemp®
With HYTEMP® HR200, you benefit from the outstanding properties of our specially developed, unique antioxidant – based on first-class research know-how and optimized for use in hoses. The formulation impresses with its improved tensile strength retention and its high resistance to aging and material fatigue. Added to ACM rubber, this antioxidant is highly recommended in TDI or TOC hoses.

Bonding the different materials and layers of a hose firmly together: This is achieved with ZEON adhesion promoters. Our adhesion promoter Hydrin PX in powder form enables the bonding of ECO rubber with other elastomers like FKM, while Zeonet, as a universal and liquid promoter, strongly improves adhesion between different layers in many specialty elastomers.
